take a long time to mature, typically 3-5 years till your first
harvest. In 2014 we planted lenoir and blanc du bois vineyards, and in the spring of 2016 we added vineyards of viognier, cabernet sauvignon, tempranillo, and sangiovese. Let's give them some time to grow.
Waiting for vines to mature is difficult, plus you get really thirsty. So we sought out independent vineyards that we could partner with while not so patiently waiting for our first harvest.
